KOSMOS BIENNALE is an artist-led, decentralized, international hybrid initiative that brings together visual art, flash fiction, cinema, publishing, and innovation.

Rather than being centered in a single city, it is envisioned as a living global network of independent country pavilions, curatorial projects, physical exhibitions, virtual experiences, publications, screenings, public programs, and strategic partnerships.

Its hybrid model connects creative inquiry with meaningful exchange throughout the year, enabling artists, curators, institutions, writers, filmmakers, researchers, innovators, and audiences to participate across geographical boundaries.

Currently in development, KOSMOS BIENNALE invites artists, curators, filmmakers, writers, cultural institutions, universities, foundations, innovators, and visionary partners to help shape its foundation and inaugural edition, planned for 2028–29.

Through independently curated country chapters, physical exhibitions, digital experiences, screenings, publications, and purpose-driven initiatives, it aims to create meaningful encounters between creative imagination and real-world possibilities.
